The tunnel stretches forward, and sitting happens as one walks.
Cold and clammy. Wet sounds underfoot. I cannot feel breath of my own. Life of my own. Cannot feel the footsteps, bringing me closer to oblivion.
I've walked through the tunnel at least one hundred times, and yet, I've never experienced the walking or the tunnel.
A realm of the senses, beyond the interference of self.

Death and un-death. Life and un-life. Completely beyond the mind of seeking and desire. One can imagine what that state may be, but those imaginings cast no shadow in the truth of that light.
I also agree Tokumei "beyond the interference of self"...is at the heart of the matter. This makes you look deeply beyond what we think with the mind of life, experience and death. What is ultimately sitting and still beyond the senses? Thanks Takuin.

Life and death, the constant companion..lovely...you speak the truth,my friend...but this is possible only if you have penetrated the illusion,(time/space and consciousness factor)and if you did...revert back to the manifestation of it,and understand the reason for it....don't stop if you got so far,please...for if you do that,you'll know that walking happens for a reason so deep,that even gods sitting (like you) should ponder about..and it comes down to the reason of manifestation itself.....please ponder about my mahayogi words,I hope you'll understand...the idea is once you know the truth..the next step is to understand the reason of WHY you can perceive it...and that is manifestation itself...trust me!!..the very reason walking happens as you sit..is the reason sitting happens as one walks.
